Vehicle storage is a reserved, gated space at Penfold Court for something you don't want sitting at the kerb — a second car, a work van, a trailer, a boat on its road trailer, or the vehicle you're keeping while you're off-island.
It's the same security the units get: coded entry at both gates, 24-hour camera coverage, wide drive aisles and room to turn. If your vehicle needs to be enclosed rather than parked, ask about a Vault — at 480 sq ft with a 7 ft 2 in door, it takes a car comfortably.

Is the vehicle enclosed or parked outside?
Standard vehicle storage is a reserved space on our gated, fenced, camera-monitored site. If you need it fully enclosed, the 480 sq ft Vault has a 7 ft 2 in roll-up door and fits a car — just ask.
What do I need to park here?
Photo ID, proof the vehicle is yours, and current registration and insurance. Every application is reviewed, same as any unit.
Can I work on the vehicle on site?
No — the site is for storage and access, not repairs or fluid changes. Come and collect it and work on it at home.
Will it start after months parked?
That’s down to the vehicle. A trickle charger, full tank and fresh tyres go a long way — and we’re happy to let you visit and run it.
Can I store an untagged or non-running vehicle?
Talk to us first. We can usually help, but we need to know it can be moved if it ever has to be.
How big a trailer can you take?
Give us the dimensions and we’ll tell you honestly whether it fits and how easily you’ll get it in and out.
