Off the street, on camera
A vehicle parked outside is a vehicle anyone can reach. Behind our coded gate it sits on a lit, fenced, camera-monitored site with only account holders able to drive in.
Gated, camera-monitored parking for the car, van, trailer or boat that shouldn’t be on the street.

No office hours to work around and no attendant to find. Your code opens the gate at any hour — drive in, drive out, on your own schedule.
Vehicle storage is a reserved, gated space at Penfold Court for something you don't want sitting at the kerb — a second car, a work van, a trailer, a boat on its road trailer, or the vehicle you're keeping while you're off-island.
It's the same security the units get: coded entry at both gates, 24-hour camera coverage, wide drive aisles and room to turn. If your vehicle needs to be enclosed rather than parked, ask about a Vault — at 480 sq ft with a 7 ft 2 in door, it takes a car comfortably.

Smaller toys that live better behind a gate than a garden fence.
Leave the car somewhere watched instead of on the road outside.
A safe space for the second vehicle when home has room for one.
The boat or bike that only comes out for part of the year.
Keep the fleet together, secure and out of residential streets.
A full tank leaves less room for condensation to form inside it.

A breathable cover beats a plastic tarp, which traps damp against paint.
Standard vehicle storage is a reserved space on our gated, fenced, camera-monitored site. If you need it fully enclosed, the 480 sq ft Vault has a 7 ft 2 in roll-up door and fits a car — just ask.
Photo ID, proof the vehicle is yours, and current registration and insurance. Every application is reviewed, same as any unit.
No — the site is for storage and access, not repairs or fluid changes. Come and collect it and work on it at home.
That’s down to the vehicle. A trickle charger, full tank and fresh tyres go a long way — and we’re happy to let you visit and run it.
Talk to us first. We can usually help, but we need to know it can be moved if it ever has to be.
Give us the dimensions and we’ll tell you honestly whether it fits and how easily you’ll get it in and out.
Private, sealed, drive-up units for everything that isn’t a vehicle.
