Business Storage

Why businesses store with us

Cheaper than square footage

Retail and office space in Nassau is expensive, and most of it is being used to hold boxes. Move the boxes here and spend your rent on the space that actually sells.

Open when you are

Stock doesn’t only move at nine in the morning. Your codes open both gates any hour of any day, so an early delivery or a late restock is never a problem.

Business storage — The Keepers facility
The basics

What business storage means here

Business storage is the same private, sealed, drive-up unit our household customers use — leased by a company instead. What changes is how hard it works: deliveries in, stock out, several times a week rather than twice a year.

That's why we built for it. You can back a van right up to the door, 18-foot ceilings take serious racking, and eight of the sixteen units are cold-ready — wired for refrigeration you install yourself if your stock needs it. Two-year lease at a locked monthly rate, CAM included, VAT on top.

Storage tips

Packing it properly

01

Aisle down the middle

Shelve both sides and keep a walkway — picking gets twice as fast.

02

Label by SKU, not by guess

The person collecting at 6am might not be the one who packed it.

03

Keep a stock list at the door

A sheet taped inside the unit beats opening every box.

FAQs

Questions, answered

Can my staff access the unit?

Codes are personal and can’t be shared. Tell us who needs regular access and we’ll set them up properly on the account.

Can I take deliveries here?

Talk to us about what you need. Drive-up access means a van can unload straight into your unit — we’ll help you make it work.

Can I move to a bigger unit later?

Subject to availability, yes — talk to us. With only sixteen units we know exactly what’s free, and the Reserve page shows live availability.

Is it secure enough for stock?

Coded entry at both gates, 24-hour camera coverage across the compound, and a keyed lock on every unit. With sixteen units we know exactly who should be on the property — every application is reviewed.

Cold-ready or dry for inventory?

If you need refrigeration — a cooler, freezers or AC — take a cold-ready Vault or Fort and install the equipment yourself; electricity is billed to you. If your stock doesn’t need cooling, a dry Hold is the better value at $900 + VAT.

Can I get an invoice for accounts?

Of course — just tell us what your bookkeeper needs and we’ll set it up from the first month.

Storing a vehicle too?

Gated, camera-monitored parking for the van, trailer or car.
