The Hold is a private, sealed, ventilated room that sits at the building’s ambient temperature. It is not cooled, and it is not wired for cooling — that is the only difference between a Hold and a cold-ready Vault or Fort.

No. The Hold sits at the building’s ambient temperature and is not wired for cooling. If you need to run refrigeration or air conditioning, you need a cold-ready unit — a Vault or a Fort — and you supply the equipment yourself.
Only the wiring. The Vaults and Forts are cold-ready: they carry the electrical capacity for refrigeration you install. The Hold does not. Security, ceiling height, access and camera coverage are identical.
Yes. Every unit is a purpose-built room with its own roll-up door and a keyed lock — not a mesh cage. You hold the only key.

A two-year lease at a locked monthly rate — $900 plus VAT, CAM included. Move-in is a refundable security deposit plus first and last month’s rent, due at signing.
Fuels, flammables, chemicals or explosives; anything illegal or stolen; plants or animals; people — units are not workspaces or living spaces; and perishables or anything that attracts pests. If you’re unsure, ask before you sign.
