Eight units are wired so you can install and run your own refrigeration — a walk-in cooler, freezers, or air conditioning. No unit is pre-cooled: the capability is in the walls, and the equipment is yours. Rates are set by the unit, not by how it’s used, so a cold-ready unit is priced the same whether or not you plug in.
A walk-in cooler, freezer units, or air conditioning — run around the clock. A 240-volt, 600-amp service feeds the building, and a backup generator carries the entire compound — units, gates, lights, and cameras — so refrigeration continues running through power outages. You install and power your own equipment; electricity is billed to you and is not included in the rent.
No unit comes with cooling fitted. No unit is pre-cooled, and none includes an air conditioner or refrigeration equipment. “Cold-ready” describes the electrical capacity to run cooling you install and power yourself — not a climate we maintain for you. If you choose not to install cooling, the unit works as a premium dry space at the same rate.

Eight sealed, secure, ventilated units at the facility’s most accessible rate. Dependable, practical space for tools, equipment, building materials, a contractor’s overflow, furniture and sealed inventory — bikes, jet skis, and machinery included.
